This is incredible...

I know I haven't posted here much but I have been following the board since it's creation. You can see that I was one of the first to sign up on the memberlist. Anyways, I almost went into shock when I read the post on the site. The more I began to think about it and jam to old tunes, I must say that this is incredible. The livid is going out on top. The band is leaving an incredible legacy behind that all of us have been a part of. As fantastic as it would've been if they had been signed, it just wouldn't have been the same. This group of fans is so small and tight. It's awesome. This is an incredible way for the band to go out...

And the music will live on....

I do agree with you a bit. It's nice to know they didn't go down sucking. To me, they stayed solid all the way throughout And continued to grow in a positive way.

I disagree a little, because they could have done so much more. They may have accomplished alot, but their music needed to be heard 'round the world. The small tight community is great, and it's nice to say "yeah, I knew this band before you", but in the end that doesn't mean anything. That doesn't make the music better and it doesn't get the music heard.

I know I got to hear it and love it, but I truly wanted for the thousands upon thousands of other people out there that would most definitely love their music with a passion like I do to experience what I have.

I just think it's a shame.
