Well, I like it. Just a question, is that Justin singing on the my space tracks? If it is, he sounds different to The Livid stuff. The similarities are there, but that's crazy.

You know, I really like it and I'm glad. Good for him. It's nice to hear him singing again.

It most definitely sounds like Justin, Sin...but a bit different.

it's been discussed before, but i dont know if you were around when we talked about it, but Dan Estrin has probably the most similar style to Schembri out of every guitarist. although i think Schembri is a better songwriter and a more creative player.

anyway to keep on topic, Mona Lisa is a very hoobastank-like song.

yeah i wasnt around to here that. ive met hoobastank a few times, and Dan Estrin is HILARIOUS. a lot of their songs dont do him justice... ive seen him do this crazy ass solo and i watched him hit every note on the fret board in less than 30 seconds

Seeing Faithdown last night was sort of like therapy. I never really thought how it could be strange watching Justin sing in another band until I witnessed it. It really brought back alot of memories. When The Livid broke up I was absolutely torn, but that only last 1 or 2 days and I got over it and kinda felt silly for getting as heart broken as I was. Last night I got that same feeling again, but at the same time as it was sad, I still was happy for him and his new band and I enjoyed myself quite a bit.

One thing that Justin always did live was go 1 centimetre from someone's face and scream the lyrics to that person...it was cool seeing that again. He did that in the song "papercuts" where he screams "just like me!"...it sounded fucking wicked. Dude's got a great scream, believe it or not. Hopefully he'll do that a little more in the future.

One thing you guys will find funny is, during an awkward moment Justin was giving the website's adress of the band and he says "make sure to check out www.thelivid.co....faithdown.com!.. faithdown..". I'm not going to like, I thought it was funny as hell. He said afterwards something like "whatever, I was in that band for 3 years, this is only my second show."

Here's a couple pics for ya. I have a 30 MB video of a couple minutes of "Get Right" if anyone's interested in seeing it, let me know. I'm not sure how to get it to anyone, but it can be figured out. chrisluyk@hotmail.com

Glad he got rid of the mic stand after the first song...
