Sounds fun, but where do you get the funds for that? Unless you get in for free, 'cause of your connections. I didn't read any of your
guys posts, because I was afraid of reading about the movie, and I still know nothing about it and I want to keep it that way.
Well, I read a couple little ones and it surprises me that you would say that if you read the book you would probably enjoy the movie better.
I've never heard anyone say that. It's always the movie that ruins the book to most people. So do you think it represents the book well?

NO WAY!!! They are awsome movies! I couldn't stand reading the hobbit (i think the fact that i did it 3 times in school, ruined it) and
i've tried to read the LOTR, but I can't, as tolkien put in way too much detail for me.... but i'm glad that the movies were
created, because the central story is amazing

lmao. harry potter, is good for the child inside. I love the movies, only because i love anythingmagic related.... i would love to go to hogwarts if
it existed. but overall LOTR is just more appealing to more people, the story is more complex.

That's cool, Paige. Daniel Radcliffe I think it is.
I actually like harry potter, too. I can't wait for the new movie. I saw a little preview thingy for it, and man, some of the kids are getting
to look pretty old. Especially the boy who plays Malfoy. They are just plain fun movies.

Really? Do they look like them? I don't really see what's so special about F and G, but that's cool. They are barely in the
movies...I don't know about the books.

When the screen reads, lets say, 4 visitors and 2 members are logged on to this site, do you ever sit there wondering who those visitors are? I mean,
more than likely they are people from the board that are just waiting for something to post. I bet Dez is sitting there right now.
No? Well I do.

to answer your question chris, i get the funds from not buying anything... ever. except the livid stuff, and lord of the rings dvds. and cds. and my
bike. and now tickets. lots of tickets.
id say that the movies represent the books almost perfectly.
and i think that the Return of the king has enough of the book in it to satisfy even the most hardcore tolkien fans out there. as we fans say
"it's finnally long enough!": 3 hrs 30 min.

Lucky bastards with your money's. That should change in time when you start having to pay rent and buy expensive things and so on...unless
you're rich. Then you probably wont need to worry about such things.
I wonder how long the directors cut will be? Probably about 4 hours. Can't wait for that.

im not rich, im just smart with money.
i think the directors cut'll be longer than 4 hours. the two towers was 4hrs, but the theatrical version was 15 min shorter than Return of the
king. im thinking it'll be 4hrs 15 min.
