you don't sound very dedicated. i will be spending a vast sum of money (in canadian dollar terms, and money that i don't have) just to see
two bands in a couple of weeks time. i may drive two hours each way, (petrol currently at £0.87/litre = $2/litre canadian) or drive an hour and take a
train. plus the cost of the tickets, plus the drinks, plus the mechandise.
so please, stop complaining about cost. what do you expect someone to do? buy you a ticket, loan you $100?
i've suggested a more than adequate array of transportation means. if you can't be arsed to use any of them, that's fine, not my
problem. just don't ask me to wipe your ass for you next time you take a dump.
if you REALLY want to do something, THERE IS A WAY. why not get some extra money by busking, washing a neighbour's car, pulling weeds out of
gardens, shovelling snow and/or shit, whoring yourself, selling drugs, completing a murder hit, selling your clothes or stealing.
