I thought the crazy rave/dance/love making scene was designed to reflect the circumstances where Neo and Trinity first meet (If you remember the first
matrix). However I DID think it could have been made a bit shorter.

the ending was a disappointment.. at least the next one comes out soon.
the best bit is when neo was fighting the hoardes of Agent Smiths.. especially when he wrenches out the lamp-post

i thought it was designed to show that the producers can waste alot of time by doing something like that

The persephone and Merovingian scene was a HUGE throwback to the history nerds (me)
the Merovingians were the line of Kings that came before the Carolingians in 13th century France (I think it was 12th or 13th... I can't
remember which). They were corrupt, greedy, and power-crazed control freaks, and aimed to keep the lineage alive thorugh heredity and such with no
real concern for anyone outside of their circle...
in the movie, the Merovingian was French, power hungy, and based his arguments on the idea of choice. And he showed no concern for anyone but the
people around him...
I loved that. They're even throwing us History nerds a bone. Sweet!
Persephone really gets into the mythology stuff too. Persephone was abducted and raped by hades ("hell" and made the queen of the
underworld. she hated it there, but had to stay, just like persephone in the matrix. the greek one hated her husband, just like the matrix one.
as soon as he said her name, I knew something was gonna happen with her.

I saw it again last night. You definantly appreciate it more the second time. You catch even more stuff that you missed the first time around.

k, I just got back from this movie. Maybe I'm critiquing movies too hard, or maybe I didn't get the movie but I thought it sucked major
ass. I was seriously falling asleep through some parts.

I thought it was awesome.
And for others like myself who read the "spoilers" "by accident", don't worry about it - it doesn't spoil
anything. The movie is so damn hard to understand anyway that for all I know, that spoiler might not be true. Or maybe it is. I'll have to watch
it again.
Yeah... the hordes of Smiths. And the keymaker is cool.

I saw it today.
I think it was a sweet film, but it was hyped too much which made it a tad disappointing. The loads of Smiths owned, and the fight in the chateau was
cool.
There are quite a few tie-ins with the game, and they are quite clever. The most obvious one would be the freeway scene, where you have to drive the
car up to the trucks and catch Morpheus as he falls onto the bonnet.
There is a whole level in the game where you have to blow up the power plant at the end also.
There are numerous other little things you notice, which is kinda cool

I don't get it. Who is that French dude? Why did he capture the keymaker? Why is it so hard for the matrix to find Zion to destroy it,
can't they just follow one of the ships? What happened to Tank, I don't remember him dying in the first one? Is Smith a good guy or a bad
guy? Why doesn't Neo and everyone just get bigger guns to beat their enemies? Etc Etc.
can I find my faults // leave them and start // to find myself?

Tank got his house owned by Cypher when Cypher shot that ray of electricity at him. He came back long enough to kill Cypher though, then he died.
