"i'm not racist but..........." is the worst phrase ever. no matter what you say before your racial slur, it's still a racial
slur. people think that preceding their ethnic attacks with a bail-out ripchord such as the aforementioned makes them free to say whatever bigotous
thing they want.
[Edited on 3-1-04 by mr. dobalina]
Amid the chaos of that day, when all I could hear was the thunder of gunshots, and all I could smell was the violence in the air, I look back and am
amazed that my thoughts were so clear and true, that three words went through my mind endlessly, repeating themselves like a broken record:
you're so cool, you're so cool, you're so cool. And sometimes Clarence asks me what I would have done if he had died, if that bullet
had been two inches more to the left. To this, I always smile, as if I'm not going to satisfy him with a response. But I always do. I tell him
of how I would want to die, but that the anguish and the want of death would fade like the stars at dawn, and that things would be much as they are
now. Perhaps. Except maybe I wouldn't have named our son Elvis.

"I'm not racist but idiots suck."
I say that a lot. Anyway, things I hate, people who say "word up" and "you're retarted", and I do mean retarted not
retarded, the idiots can't even say the word right and they're trying to insult someone, yeah, goes over REAL well.

Isn't uber German, or derived from a German word? I know most people use 'uber' to suggest something is ultra.
correct. über is german. although a preposition, it can be used to give the literal translation "hyper", which is effectively equal to the
suggested translation of "ultra".
ie "über kühl" literally translates as "hyper cool".
i like über, yet i find that it makes me cringe when used in a normal english conversation. obviously the germans can use it. ¬_¬

I hate when ppl say "Wat you saying?", "We be chillin' " or ending the end of a sentence with the word
'guy'. I.E.- Yo, guy. (good example eh?)
one last show.

From the same site as the "Christopher Reeves" link Hyde posted.
I can't help but think Mr. Dobalina reads this site regularly.

i've read all those links and this guys who writes them is a cold jackass. i don't beleive it is completely selfish to want to find a
cure for any disease you have and some of the stuff he says about words he hates seems to counter each other but whatever everyone has their own
opinion
How do you communicate those emotions that are so intense that no physical expression or series of words can even scratch the surface?

The jackass boys use "gnarly" alot.
"your mum" is a phrase I've heard way too much, and dont wish to hear much more of it.

Homos are so gay man!
Seriously though, I generally hate all west coast slang. Sic (Although I use that one a lot so I shouldn't talk), gnarly, sane, stoked (oh god,
I hate stoked so much).
Also, what Christopher Reeve has is a disability, isn't it? People always call it a disease but it was my understanding his spine was broken,
which is a disability. Correct me if I'm wrong.
