Here's what's going on. We are currently in the works of getting King Of The Castle pressed. Up to now we've been burning them
ourselves, but the artwork was lost when my old computer crashed. Also, not sure if you thought of this, but you sent the amount of money that it
would cost to ship your stuff to CANADA. It's gonna cost us about $15 to ship your stuff. Don't worry about the extra, we'll call
it even because it's taking so long. The CD's should be done within a couple of weeks. Sorry for the long delay.

Thanks for the reply Chris. I can't wait to get the stuff I ordered, and I understand for the delay. But perhaps in future if you guys are going
to be sending stuff overseas you should put on your order form how much to send for postage aswell, because I had no idea and so I just asked the lady
@ my local Post Office who told me what I sent would be fine and would cover the goods back across to Aus. I sent $72.23 or something which I was told
would be sufficient. So sorry if this was not, but it was not clearly marked anywhere what international postage costs are. I can direct debit the
extra money straight into your account if you wish.

the artwork is still not finished. perhaps you could send an email to band@thelivid.com and see if it's possible to arrange to have the shirt
shipped immediately, and then wait until the cd is ready for that to be sent?

If it's any consolation, I know that the band is concerned about people and the things they have ordered. When I was talking to Justin at the
last show they played, he brought up that they are working on it and doing everything they can.

Well can we get a time frame on the new artwork or whatever is being waited on?? I mean fair dinkum, 3 MONTHS i've been waiting. I'm
starting to think where the hell has my money gone?? This is very poor form in my opinion, and i'm usually a pretty calm, patient guy

just chill man. im sure that as soon as the new album is released they will get to it, but i'm pretty sure that they are putting all their time
and energy into this album. it does suck that it's taken so long though. sorry.

If it's so much trouble for them to get orders out to people then perhaps they should find someone who can do it for them?

Bad idea. I'm assuming I would need a Visa for that. That's asking way too much. Possibly you're talking about an online store with
digital mp3's available to download after paying? I'm assuming that's not the case. It's not a horrible idea either way but I
think there still should be a way of possibly sending a check or a money order.

oh you'll definitely still be able to send a cheque. and no pay-per-download stuff is planned. it'll just be a storefront, which is based
around paypal. you won't need visa - anything paypal takes. so brits can order with solo or switch cards, for example.
