yeah, i need new biking shoes badly! mine have wholes, and the clete is about to rip out of the bottom. it happened to my last pair while i was riding
a trail, so i had to do the whole 6 mile downhill with one foot... not fun.

I own one pair of shoes. I have had them for around 2 years now. The pair before that, I owned for around 6 years. So in the last 8 years or so, I
have owned 2 pairs of shoes. Plus the steel-toed boots I had to buy for work.
I do, however, live in socks. I hate not having a pair of socks on my feet.

Well, I have one pair of shoes which I got recently, a pair of dress shoes I never wear (due to never being in the position to need dress shoes), a
pair of steel capped boots (same as Reivax, needed them for work) and all the old cruddy shoes since I was about 5 years old (they've been
slowly accumulating in my cupboard, since when I get a new pair I leave my old holey ones in there and forget about them, go me). I don't buy a
new pair of shoes till the ones I have start falling off my feet, any sooner than that and it's a waste of money, it's like clothes. That
being said, I'm in dire need of a new jacket, better go to Chaddy and get one before Winter kicks in.

You're lucky. There's a god damn sock and underpants gnome in this household. We moved here with at least a dozen or two pairs of socks,
now we only have a few left. My underwear also has dissapeared completely. I only have 3 pairs of boxer left. I just go commando nowadays. Damn
