That's a killer lineup, tickets must have been a small fortune.

apocalyptica were actually fucking awesome. "now we will play for you the beautiful song, "master of puppets"." i'd
definitely like to see them again. there were a few bands i would have liked to have seen who i missed, but i guess you get that with any festival.
tickets cost £142 (inc postage and booking fee etc), additional expenses (transport, food, beer, and so on) were about £55. £200 well spent. i'd
forgotten how much fun festivals are.

yeah we did pretty well on expenses. i think we bought no festi-food at all - took the 3 mile hike to the local shop once to stock up on barbecue
supplies and we managed fine.
also seek and destroy - "do you like metallica" ( "yeeeeaaahhhh" ) "well that's good because we also like
metallica. we would like to perform for you their wonderful seek and destroy song". ( "woooooo" )

"Festi" burgers would probably be right, I can never stand festival food. Well unless it's a food festival, then it's a whole
different kettle of fish.

Yeah, if that's real, it's amazing. I have my doubts though. You'd think the friends would be speaking up a bit. I know I'd be
pretty vocal if I were in their positions.

The night's as hot as hell. It's a lousy room in a lousy part of a lousy town - I'm staring at a goddess. She's telling me she
wants me. I'm not going to waste one more minute wondering how I've gotten this lucky. She smells like angels ought to smell, the perfect
woman... the Goddess. Goldie. She says her name is Goldie.

I discovered that I have really bad study habits. I studied for science while watching the breakfast club, eating gummy bears and had quite a few
beers and a margarita or two. Maybe I should stop doing that....but I won't.

I have no exams, just an assignment that's over two weeks late which I'm having a lot of trouble with, stupid After Effects and it's
not doing what I tell it to. I think I might just make a half arsed flash animation and hand that in instead, at least then I'll pass.
