Heh, Oz is the same with prisons, not only are our prison sentences laughable at best (sometimes murderers can get parole at 10 years, and the
clincher being the minimum term for child pornography is 18 months) they can bring in ANYTHING they want, tvs, playstations, cable, computers, etc.
Not only that but they get a full gym, free accomodation all they have to do is take it in the arse every now and then. Heh, prisoners here have even
gone so far as to try and sue the Australian government if they get injured by another prisoner while in jail. It's ludicrous.

I saw a documentary about Canadian prisons...
they are CLEAN! I mean...so hygenic. Honestly, if only mexican prisions were like that.
These canadian jails almost like make you want to commit a crime
you won't let me down...

Well, they certainly aren't all like this.
I worked this summer with a guy that was a prison guard for many years and he has told me some hell stories. Stuff that he probably shouldn't
have told me. Along the lines of beating inmates almost to the point of torture. Getting in brawls almost on a daily basis, breaking inmates
arms...shit like that.
Rumor was the guy I worked with was pushed down the stairs by an inmate and broke his skull and nearly died. He never admitted to how it happened, but
he had brain damage and, if you didn't know him, would have figured he was mentally hadicapped.

Yeah, even though there are low-security jails with free accomodations and stuff like that, you know there has to be some tough things going on
somewhere. All Canadian prisons aren't just a walk in the park. Just because it is "Canada" doesn't mean there aren't
bad people out there. I think there must be a prsion in Canada that has some OZ (meanig the tv show on Showcas) moments.
