yeah that spelling's right. i've only heard hoobastank's self-titled album. and i like most of the choruses but hardly any of the
verses - makes listening to them rather annoying. i like crawling in the dark a lot though.

It's funny you say that, bart. I have always thought if I could compare one bands guitar to the livid, it would be them. Crawling in the dark is
so similar to Chris's playing. And they use similiar tunings.

body from watching those models!

ha... sounds like fun PIS, i wish i coulda been there... yeah Hoobastank is pretty good... i really like them, but they are a bit un original... nice
n catchy though... ive got both cds, but i really wish that i could get a hold of their 1st cd... they had a frikin horn section... iv only heard 3
songs off it, but they kick ass!
i also like staind and i dont know why so many people dis-like them... they are really good.

i agree with what you say reivax about hoobastank being kinda similar to the livid, but like i said, and i don't really know why, most of
hoobastank's verses really grate with me. i'd say the livid >>>>>>> hoobastank. maybe a few more "greater
than" signs though.
i saw staind do an acoustic set live at reading festival last year (i dont' know if they always play acoustic like that or if this was a special
acoustic one) but it was nice and chilled. good change from the copious punk bands preceding and following.

Staind is awesome! Their singer usually plays alot of easy, but catchy acoustic riffs. Where their main guitarist plays some head smashing bar chords
in a select few songs. Add killer vocals to that combo, and you've got a stain... Or Staind for that matter.
one last show.

no idea jorge. they may have reset the server or something. they give a 99.5% uptime guarantee. if you do the maths that means they are fine being
down for 7 minutes 12 seconds a day. they obviously don't do that. so i say they're doing pretty good.
