I think a really funny (and unfortunate) situation of that is when Michael Jackson outbid Paul Mcartney on the rights to the beatles collection. Then
MJ actually sold the sold the songs to companies for commercials. And the weird thing is that Mcartney is the one that gave MJ the idea in the first
place. What an asshole.
Anyway, I just heard about this story a couple weeks ago and was floored. Even though it is old news, and I am assuming some of you already know the
story.
In the end, it's just a way to make money for all parties involved. Nothing you can do, really.
