Renegade.com?!?! This was crazy
So i'm chillin with my gf and we come across this show on the Native Network called Renegade.com or something. You can tell its like a Degrassy
High ripp off or whatever. I laugh at it for a second then all the sudden, Clear Me comes on in the background! I was sup[rised!

HUH?!
The night's as hot as hell. It's a lousy room in a lousy part of a lousy town - I'm staring at a goddess. She's telling me she
wants me. I'm not going to waste one more minute wondering how I've gotten this lucky. She smells like angels ought to smell, the perfect
woman... the Goddess. Goldie. She says her name is Goldie.

Well, I did some digging.... actually A LOT of digging, because I was very intrigued by this... The show is renagadepress.com (website of the same
name). Well hidden, there is a page containing a list of the music played on the show which includes the following entry:

I know. That's weird. I can only assume he mixed it up... On the other hand... perhaps it is some sort of massive conspiracy...
I was sort of hoping you would have the answers, Bart, as you usually do...

I have never watched Degrassi.
I believe in my research, one of the writer's on this renegade show used to write for Degrassi. Unfortunately... that could be completely made
up, but there was definitely some sort of connection there...

That's really cool. I'd like to hear what someone from the band has to say about this
I read today that Degrassi Junior high season 1 is being released on DVD next month. I'm very excited. Rob, it's a shame you never watched
the show, it was amazing. I imagine now it will not be quite as good to someone who has never seen it, but at the time, it was really a breakthrough.

Hmmm interesting. I think Jepordy should change their little music clip for that final question too one of the Livid's tracks. It'd give
the people a lot more time to think.
one last show.

how about the intro to Reckless. that way they will all stop thinking and listen to the awesomeness of that lick, and therefor Jepordy will save $.

Alriiiiiiightttt.....so I asked one of the cast members of the show, and here's what he had to say.
[By the way, I swear I'm marrying him someday...see picture thread for a shot of his gorgeous mug]
" Hey, I asked around and found an answer about the music on the show. There is a guy who works on the show who's whole job is to find new
music by Canadian bands - he then contacts the bands agents or management and if they are interested in being in the show - then they work something
out and then the show uses the song. Hope that clears it up for you... "
Does that help?

That's crazy that The Livid hit TV. Actually, when I was at Warped Tour this year, I saw a few people sporting THE LIVID merchandise and was
smoking a joint with some dudes who were in a band. For influences, they cited THE LIVID as one. I was pretty impressed.
The Livid are everywhere now!!
