no offense, but that car looks like the type a man would buy to compensate for size.....

and seriously, driving standard is hot.

Im here!

Hey all, how goes it? I just got home from an awesome trip of skiing in whistler. it was sad though, cause i was in canada but still nowhere near any of you. anyway i went skiing with a couple of friends for a week, and then spent the weekend in Vancouver checking out a couple of colleges (UBC, UVic, and the Vancouver Film School). I really liked UBC and im considering going there. Victoria was pretty nice too, but it is such a hassle and a long ferry trip from Vancouver, i dont know if i'd want to reside there. I didnt really even give the film school a chance, just cause it's located in an office building in a shady part of town with no student accomidations. Vancouver is an awesome town though.

I had quite some travel hassles as well, as my bag got lost on the way up, and i didn't get it for the first few days, and then on the way back i missed my flight and had to spend the night in San Fran. man airports blow. but i had fun nonetheless.

saw ice age 2 this afternoon. it was alright, but nowhere near as good as the first one. the problem was that there were a few hillarious bits, but the majority was either just too much story, or like they tried too hard to get laughs out of things that just werent funny. but i'd say it's worth it just for the little squirrel with his accorn alone.

hmm im really excited about some new music coming out this year. the new starlight mints album comes out this month, tool, RHCP and pearl jam in may, AFI, lostprophets, Sparta and TV on the radio this summer, and hopefully incubus, mars volta, radiohead, audioslave, and arcade fire by the end of the year. sweet! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAANND..........

The game where everyone has pinpoint accuracy...

I turned 22 on March 30th, but I celebrated on the weekend. We decided to go play laser tag because no one had been in like 8 years. It was pretty awesome, I was expecting to be up against a bunch of 8 year olds, but we went at 10pm when they start running 30 minute games. I ended up playing with 36 players, mostly teenagers, there was one little kid who looked like he should have been in bed, haha.

that's awesome. yeah, my birthday is on the 9th, but i celebrated it last night. i went bowling, but unfortunately of the 20 people i invited, only about 8 came, so it kinda sucked and it was a really random group of people. but whatever.

kinda bumped into Ben at a Jays game last weekend, got to share a word or two about it.

and matisyahu is amazing.
i'm getting all his stuff (including the live album) in the mail tomorrow from someone at sony. i'll try and catch you on msn about it, ian.

still trying to get my hands on the "i'm not a twat" dane cook tee.

how the hell is everyone?
i miss you all.

and has reivax gotten his "superfan" trophy yet? seriously. someone get him one. at least a certificate.
when justin starts name-dropping him during phone conversations, you know these guys really appreciate chris.

ha.

that's awesome dez. minus the fall out boy part. i would love to see radiohead live though.

i'm just getting tickets for some kickass shows this summer/fall. i get to see Sonic Youth/Pearl Jam, Red Hot Chili Peppers/The Mars Volta, and Roger Waters performing Dark Side in its entirety. i cant wait.

by the way, the new Pearl Jam and Tool albums are awesome. i highly recommend them.
