discovery of the livid
About a month ago, some kid came up to my register at work listening to his headphones. It was loud so I could hear it easily. I instantly loved it.
So, I ended asked him what the band name was and he told me the Livid. I rushed over to the local cd store to get an album. And they never heard of
"The Livid." I was utterly dissappointed and figured that I heard the band wrong. Then, just last week, one of my best friends told me to
hear this song, Falling Behind. I recognized the sound of the band and he told me the Livid. I went on a search online to figure out more about this
band. I now own each CD and I am histeric about this band. Absolutely awesome guys.

That's a pretty decent story. I believe Schembri actually farted out the songs to my brother(vocals and everything). None the less, he was
easily hooked!

Its true! But that is an awsome story! The reason I got hooked on em was cause of mi.(a.k.a. amanda), and the first song i heard was sink... never

i heard them during my sophmore year of high school (i'm a sophmore in college now). I downloaded my first song of theirs from napster when i
was searching for some Tool songs...i think i found "Sixteenth" and it was labeled as The Livid - Sixteenth (sounds like...finger eleven,
incubus and Tool). So i went for it, then proceeded to get "King of the Castle" and they've been my favorite band ever since.

yeah i don't post on this board all that much...but i'm a huge fan...actually, my girlfriend made me some really amazing livid artwork
for christmas and i just got a digital camera, maybe i can post some on the forums
