MITCH HEDBERG - FAREWELL TO A FRIEND
So how's everyone doing? It's been my first post in a while, there's nothing really to talk about....Anywho, with the pope's
death and the unfortunate death of Terry Schiavo(sp?), Mitch Hedberg's death was definately over-shawdowed.
Mitch, in my mind, was a comedic genious. Straight to the point, he was expected to be the next great comedian.
Don't get me wrong, the two previously mentioned death's have a lot more signifigance to the average person. However, Mitch brought
comedy, smiles and laughter to millions of people all over the world. His humor was un-like any other's.
Here's a bit of his work...They're just short, 20 second clips.
one last show.

Haha "I'd like to see a forklift lift a box of forks. It'd be so literal."

He was a hilarious comedian. Clearly well respected, as I've seen a thread about him in every other forum I post on.

Holy hell, this is one of the funniest things I've ever heard:
"Wearing a turtleneck is like being strangled by a really weak guy. All day. Like if you wear a turtleneck and a backpack, it's like a
weak midget trying to bring you down."

his one is so funny...
"i was at a casino, i was standing in the door ::chuckle:: and this guard comes up and hes like 'you're gonna have to move, you are
blocking a fire exit'.......as if there was a fire, i wasnt going to run. if you are flammable with 2 legs, you are never blocking a fire
exit"
