Pearl Jam sounds good, as does Weezer, RHCP and, most definitely, Westpoint.

Woah, new Tool album too, sweeeet.

The Chili's are way overdue for a new album. Should be good.

I've sort of lost faith in Pearl Jam. I just haven't really liked much of their stuff since Yeild. I'll still probably buy it. At least with a new album they'll be on the road again, and I can see 'em for a third time. Can't think of a much better live band than them.

*makes note in his diary*

And before you start, it's not some little girls "I saw dis HAWT guyc in thed park ando eh LOOOKED ats me!1!1!111!!1!!111!!!!!1!!! lolo9lololoolooooolollollloollollloollllollololllololllolzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz".

Ahem, it's my uni diary, a godsend considering just how much shit I have to remember (that's not to say I ever actually check it, since I always remember what I wrote anyway, but it's nice to know I have something to fall back on just in case I do forget something). I sure do love parenthesis (although I don't use it so much in the literary sense as I go more for the editorial style where it's like I'm rereading my own words and inputting further comments, ahhh, the irregularity that is my mind).

Just heard two new songs from two great bands!
Staind (new album which is due out Aug. 6th) just posted their new single "right here" on their myspace page. Great tune!
And 30 Seconds To Mars (due Aug. 16th) have posted their new single "Attack" online here https://secure.fanscape.com/Music/Alternative/30-Seconds-To-Mars/3201143.aspx

the new foo album is amazing! Especially the acoustic disc. it's definately a step in a new direction wich is great. it's got kind of a rural feel. and the rock disc is awesome too. quite heavy, tons of distortion, and lots of reverb. i love it.

my favorite songs after 1.5 listens are from the rock: In Your Honor, No Way Back, Best of You, Free Me, Resolve, and Deepest Blues are Black,

and from the acoustic: Still, Miracle, Over and Out, On the Mend, Cold Day in the Sun and Razor.

wow, that's like half the album... well it's that good.
