Club 279 July 4th

Greetings folks. I know I haven't posted here in a while, but I'll be back up to speed shortly. In the meantime, I managed to snag a few pics from tonight's show. Not as many or as good as last time. Their set was cut short too due to time constraints. Big time boo-urns!!

Anyways, click here to see them. Christian and Justin, sorry about photo numero deux, but I couldn't resist

The show

The Livid put on an excellent performance I thought. It's too bad there weren't very many people... especially since their was no cover. My friend Kenzo snuck in through the kitchen to get in since he is still underage. Now that's dedication!

Its funny how its always the same few people there in front. The 'shoe will be different. People come there just to be exposed to new music (okay they're there to drink as well) and seem to usually a lot more into it than most other bar venues.

Thanks for the comments on the pics guys. Much appreciated.

Battle?

Is it true that this show was some sort of Battle of the bands? And if so who ended up winning?

Not a clue who won, but apparently the winner gets to open for OLP when they play in Wasaga Beach later this summer.
