first we thought of incubus... than i came to the idea it could be the livid.
maybe some of you know this song...

The Band is....
Well I am not sure if anyone else is familliar with these guys but it sure isn't the Livid or Incubus. They are a Tech Metal band called Sun
Like Star, the song is called Day Survive.
