The Livid's Roots?

Hey all,

Been reading here for a bit now, and I was curious about something. In the Livid Bio it says that they won recording time at battle of the bands. What organization's battles was this at (supernova?), and were they calling themselves the Livid right from the get go?

I dont know the answer to your first question.

Tremendous will have the anwser.

And they have been called "the livid" as far as I can remember.

back in the day we changed names alot... but never did we play a show under any other alias...

and yes the editing time was won at a Supernova battle of the bands... (it helped us out then but i wouldn't recomend doing shows with them unless you really have NOTHING else going for your band)

I believe I hurd that it was some sort of joke or something like that, and they just kind of stuck with it. Atleast I think that's what it was. Bowes, what were the previous band names?

I LOVE the official "livid" look though...cant really explain it here through the net...but, i've finally mastered it...thanks to Mr.Bowes who kinda showed me how it's done hahahaha..

Orrrr...you could all look at the 2 promo shots..they kinda show the "livid" look...very particular..
lotsa attitude...
and those eyes.....
