i find punk a bit dull. i need more than three chords in the songs i listen to.

it's ok in small doses - i like some green day and blink 182 stuff, also some bad religion.. etc
oh baby, just hit the big 150 post mark. damn i'm good.

congrats. i think the ataris is interesting because their vocalist/guitarist plays his guitar upside down. i thought he was left handed at first, but then i found out he just plays guitar upside down.

green day is good, they have a variety of styles, and blink 182 is just fun. Punk is great for people starting out on guitar.

yeah upside down, apparently when he first picked up a guitar he started playing upside down and he never changed. you'd figure someone would set him straight

Perhaps he's left handed?

A cheap alternative to buying a left hand guitar is to invert all the strings and play the guitar upside-down.

They have some songs on mp3.com if you want to check them out. http://artists.mp3s.com/artists/102/the_ataris.html

And he didn't restring his guitar, he actually plays it upside down. http://www.rener.btinternet.co.uk/Pictures/images/Geeetar_jpg.jpg
