What if I have a great not-so-original song? IS that okay too? Oh yeah... and what if I don't have a band... is that a problem?

It doesn't matter if you have a full band or not Rob but I'm not entirely sure about your "not-so-orignal" song. The point of
the contest is to give indie bands/artists a chance to showcase their work. If you're thinking of submitting a cover song we might have some
copyright issues to deal with. If you wouldn't mind giving me some more details on the song you want to submit I'll talk to the site owner
and see what she thinks!

its spelt battle
allison next year you should be given an award for your advertising events, you always have something that u tell us about.....
How do you communicate those emotions that are so intense that no physical expression or series of words can even scratch the surface?

Aha, I totally missed the sarcasm there. Good one!
And yes, I realize that I spelled battle wrong. Hence the forehead-smacking follow-up post.

Not a cover song, but also nothing that I consider to be of earth-shattering originality either.

Even if you don't think it's super original submit it anyway! We'd love to hear it.

Submit your stuff, Rob. It's good. Couldn't hurt.
One of the most common words to spell incorrect is probably "spelled", at least from what I have noticed. But who am I to point anything
out. I probably spelled half the words in this paragraph wrong.

Chris, you should send in one of your great songs! You may not be a band but I bet they don't mind solo artist's that have great original
work.

Well, that's a nice idea. But really shitty quality recordings and only a guitar and nothing else, doesn't really sound like it has
it's place in this little competition.

Thanks Ian. Thing is, it's a band competition (I'm guessing) and I'm not a band. And it really doesn't matter to me. Having
people listen to the songs would be nice, I guess. What does Allison say on this matter?

I guess I will then. Thanks.
Rob, did you submit a song? May I suggest the song with the clean delay...sorry I always forget the names of your songs and I am not on the computer
with the MP3 right now.
