Hey I can post a message by filling in my info when I get to the post (does that make sense?) but when I try to log on when I first get to the forum
it still says i'm not logged on, does anyone know what i'm doing wrong?

This problem is most commonly caused by cookies being disabled in your browser. In Internet Explorer go to:
[Tools > Internet Options > Security] and set the Internet security level to medium, then do the same in 'Privacy.'
If that don't work Tremendous is your man

Possibly if you have a firewall enabled or some sort of security device like Norton's. I dunno, I'm no good at computers.

there's nothing wrong with your database entry. try deleting this forum's cookie completely and so starting afresh. to do this (in
internet exploder):
1. tools -> internet options
2. "settings" under "temporary internet files"
3. "view files"
4. find the file called "forums/" which has the internet address "cookie:skirt@thelivid.com/forums/" and delete it.
5. empty your recycle bin (actually i'm not sure if it goes there or not, but do it anyway)
6. close all internet explorer windows, then try logging in again.
if that doesn't help, try logging in on another computer and see if you have the same problem.
