any other questions?

Amid the chaos of that day, when all I could hear was the thunder of gunshots, and all I could smell was the violence in the air, I look back and am amazed that my thoughts were so clear and true, that three words went through my mind endlessly, repeating themselves like a broken record: you're so cool, you're so cool, you're so cool. And sometimes Clarence asks me what I would have done if he had died, if that bullet had been two inches more to the left. To this, I always smile, as if I'm not going to satisfy him with a response. But I always do. I tell him of how I would want to die, but that the anguish and the want of death would fade like the stars at dawn, and that things would be much as they are now. Perhaps. Except maybe I wouldn't have named our son Elvis.

How do you communicate those emotions that are so intense that no physical expression or series of words can even scratch the surface?

I'd say check out 'grand bend', for sure. A beautiful place not too far from here.

Ottawa isn't too far away, you could always go there. I know when I went there I had alot of fun..but I was 13.

OF COURSE! Niagara falls! That should be your first stop! That will be fun for you and your friends, for sure!

And right from niagara falls, if you just keep on going, you will pass st. catharines, hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Mississisauga and Toronto. All those places are right after another off the same highway.

Edit: Exactly, Jorge. I live only 40 minutes away from there and I still think of it as a wonderland. Alot of good times were had by me in that city. Very expensive city, so don't stay long! Try and take advantage of the sites and not the casino and overly-priced attractions...and food! (25 dollars for a hamburger and fries!)

It has been decided then, if the site is still running by this summer...we are ALL going to Wonderland.

AND..If the site isn't up anymore...I will haunt you all down and still make you come.

hah.

as if she doesn't stalk us enough

yes wonderland is marvelous. go there.

another point of advice, don't come to pickering. Yes it is a city, even if you are passing by and need to take a pee. The only place you can go is one of the 17 tim hortens. That is all.

Burlington has a killer music scene. It's about 2.5 hours Northeast of Windsor. If you'd like me to hook you up with info on good upcoming shows that might coincide with your trip, e-mail me.
