I didn't have a single spare until OAC. Then I had one each day. One day it was first period, and the other day it was last period, which was pretty awesome.

yeah philo is philosophy. in catholic high schools it is the replacement of the required religion course for grade 12.

i'm in grade 11, so i'm not allwed any spares. But i have two spares next year.

I think I had more spares in high school than I did classes. Sometimes, I'd only have 1 or 2 classes a day. The only year I didn't have a spare was grade 9. I even managed to get one in grade 10.

hmmm...no wonder it took me 5 years to get enough credits to graduate. That, and I missed most of grade 11 from being sick and failed everything but my many art classes.

It also helped that I lived right beside my high school, so I could just go home whenever I wanted.

I guess that's because you don't go to a catholic highschool, Jorge.

Is the Catholic District School Board only in Ontario? Hmm..I had never thought about it that way.

Anyway, I have no spares. But my lunch is Period 5 (1:30pm-2:45) on both Day 1 AND Day2 , so I really finish school at 1:30..not 3pm, like the rest of the girls (or at least those who don't have the same lunch as me)

I'm not 'allowed' to have any spares in my next 2 years of highschool though, but I'll be doing co-op..so that's gonna be like a spare...kinda, not really.

My schedule:
Day1
Vocal Music: 8:07-9:25
Science: 9:30-10:45
Canadian History(XX century): 10:50-12:05
English: 12:10-1:25
--LUNCH--

Day 2 [Same times as Day1, just different classes]
Religion:
Civic Studies:
Financing (Math, just different course):
Spanish (U level):
--LUNCH--

you won't let me down...
