Chris is sixteen,yo.
You need an older driver
with G1 license.
You can get your G1 as long as you're at least sixteen and have passed the test, and forked over the cash.
However, to my knowledge you can only drive if there is a 19+ driver in the car, or someone with a G2 License. (Something like that)

Well, there's a different level of license for each of these: driving a bus, driving a truck or boat, cars, motorcycles...
I don't know much about this though, so I wouldn't be the best to ask.
G1
Level 1 of graduated licensing.
Holders may drive Class G vehicles when accompanied by a fully licensed driver with at least four years of driving experience. Additional conditions
apply. Replaces Class L licence
G2
Level 2 of graduated licensing.
Holders may drive Class G vehicles without accompanying driver but are subject to certain conditions.
G
Any car, van or small truck or combination of vehicle and towed vehicle up to 11,000 kg provided the towed vehicle is not over 4,600 kg.
A new driver must hold a G1 licence for a minimum of 12 months before attempting the G1 road test. This time can be reduced to eight months if you
successfully complete an approved driver education course. Drivers earn more privileges after passing their G1 road test.
Soooooooo......you have to wait about a year to get your G2 then?
That's what the site's saying, at least.
It also says once you have a G2 you have to wait 12 months to take the road test...
However, that info is from 1994, so in 10 yrs stuff could have changed. I'll let the drivers answer it..
