The Best rock/emo/punk Band in the World

like the last one, this is an ongoing poll to determine the best band in the world. this time we're limited to rock/emo/punk. more modern stuff.

so first i need nominations. one each for now. i nominate:
incubus (again)

also let us know the name of a great song, and where it can be streamed.
thusly: http://app2.sonymusic.com/wwwroot/incubus/fullsite/discog/0,0,8172646,00.html
check out pardon me, under make yourself (near the bottom)

edit: nominations are in - i had a second nomination of nofx because steveo would have said that if one of his consistently random appearances had coincided with nominations, and i picked a couple more at random. let the voting begin.

I second the Mars Volta... fuck ya, that shit kicks ass.

whao, sorry i wasn't me in that moment ^.

But for my nomination, I'm torn between My Chemical Romance, Foo Fighters, Lostprophets, and AFI. someone else choose for me.

The night's as hot as hell. It's a lousy room in a lousy part of a lousy town - I'm staring at a goddess. She's telling me she wants me. I'm not going to waste one more minute wondering how I've gotten this lucky. She smells like angels ought to smell, the perfect woman... the Goddess. Goldie. She says her name is Goldie.

can everyone please give me a link where you can find a streaming mp3 of a good song (and tell us what song that is) by their nominated band? i was far too lazy last time, but if the link to hear a song is given i won't have an excuse not to. might be useful for other people to make decisions too.

For A Perfect Circle, if you haven't heard them before go to http://www.aperfectcircle.com and click the middle link at the top (that's music) then go to the listen section. My suggestions would be Pet, The Noose, The Outsider, The Hollow, Judith and Orestes.
