I don't think I will be going with anyone, but I'm sure I will be there. I can't think of anyone I can bring. I was going to go to
my friends house for the weekend, but I remembered the concert, so I decided not to go.

How do you communicate those emotions that are so intense that no physical expression or series of words can even scratch the surface?

That's pretty interesting. I'll have to be more observant of the bass tomorrow.

lineup! I guess I'll see you there, Rievax.

Y'all better take tons of pictures...
and..hey, why are there never pics of the fans WITH the band?
Do that this time..go find them instead of just taking pics of them performing.
Make it a Kodak moment.
And..I don't know what the hell I'm saying haha..

Alright..the show, the show, the show. Where to begin.
I got there pretty early. So early infact, that they weren't even letting people in yet...and I thought I was going to be late. So I sat and
periodically watched some of the bands and spent the rest of the time watching the hockey game. The bands tonight did not impress. There was one band
that was quite talented, but wasn't really my thing.
So after about 3 and a half hours spent at 279 the show finally began for me. All the previous bands had NO audience and the Livid had a packed
floor..it was nice to see. The front row was occupied by the few board member that were there. Ish, RobH, myself and another girl that doesn't
really post much. Anyway, when the show was about to start, I could tell that this would be a different show from the previous ones I had been to.
They started with a hell of alot of fog and a eerie "war of the worlds" like intro that, when the smoke cleared, blasted into
"shaded" (very good choice, btw). It was really, really fast paced after that. No time for talking. Just one heavy, fast song after
another. Once they got to "at the seems" is when it was proven to me that the backing vocals were still excellent. They changed the outro
and it sounded Fantastic. What they did was have Justin sing a couple notes and hold them will Chris belted out the Chorus. I thought it sounded
really, really cool. I hope they continue to do that. I noticed Chris was having some issues hitting the notes at the clean tone part in "the
tide", but it was all good. Just an observation. After the song about water, they played another new track to close out the show. I don't
know the name of it...but from what I remember it was great. It was very hard for me to hear the vocals at times, so it was hard to make out exactly
how the new song was sung. I guess the vocals could have been a bit louder, but it was probably because I was standing in front of the guitar this
time.
I wish I had known that they had T-shirts and CD's because I would have bought one of each. I just bring extra money to the next show and hope
they are selling them there.
My friend took a bunch of movies with his digital camera. They should be on here soon. He is going to make an account tomorrow (because I'm
forcing him to). This way you guys can see Rob in action. The audio quality sounds much better on his, too.
Another interesting thing to end off the night: I road the train home from Union and got off on Appleby and it turns out RobH and his girlfriend were
in the same train and getting off the same stop as me. I was talking to them for a few moments and then I called home to try and find a ride...it was
pretty late and my father and girlfriend were both too tired and slightly drunk to pick me up. So, since I was broke I was expecting to walk
home...then Rob and his Girlfriend offered me a spot in their taxi, despite the fact that i had no money. They both live pretty close to me and I
jumped out right at my house. It was the nicest thing. Thanks againg, Rob.
