Playoff Predictions
Well guess what? The playoffs are here. and since there was not much intereest in the hockey pool, I am just setting up a place where you can make
your picks for each round, and see who has the most right at the end. So you will have until Friday Midnight to post your picks for round one, and no
changing them once you've made them
I incourage everyone to come give it a shot, even if you don't know hockey
ok so here is Round 1
Detriot Red Wings VS Nashville Predators
Colorado Avalanche VS Dallas Stars
Vancouver Canucks VS Calgary Flames
San Jose Sharks VS St. Louis Blues
Tampa Bay Lightining VS New York Islanders
New Jersey Devils VS Philladelphia Flyers
Toronto Maple Leafs VS Ottawa Senators
Boston Bruins VS Montreal Canadiens
Now Pick

Tampa Bay Lightining

Toronto Maple Leafs
Montreal
I know it's a boring list of picks, but I don't think there is going to be anything close to as outrageous as last year. I think most of
the top teams will win.
I don't know why I picked Montreal, but I had to pick at least one really longshot. Boston has had some pretty bad luck in the playoffs. And
same with Detroit...if Cujo is the goalie, I wont be too surprised if they go down.

Your truely evil chris...nashville? I agree, if cujo was playing, but Legace is, and he is awesome, if they put in Cujo i am going to burn all of my
red wings things

canucks, meet stanley. stanley, 'nucks.
Amid the chaos of that day, when all I could hear was the thunder of gunshots, and all I could smell was the violence in the air, I look back and am
amazed that my thoughts were so clear and true, that three words went through my mind endlessly, repeating themselves like a broken record:
you're so cool, you're so cool, you're so cool. And sometimes Clarence asks me what I would have done if he had died, if that bullet
had been two inches more to the left. To this, I always smile, as if I'm not going to satisfy him with a response. But I always do. I tell him
of how I would want to die, but that the anguish and the want of death would fade like the stars at dawn, and that things would be much as they are
now. Perhaps. Except maybe I wouldn't have named our son Elvis.

I guess you're a red wings fan? I loved it! I love seeing an underdog like that go all the way. They almost got the cup. That would have been
hilarious.

Krista is so going down. Oh, well how can I beat her if she stole my picks?
G-Diddy, turn this into a competition. I would, but I'm lazy.
Each person just guesses on what team will advance, you get 2 points for getting it correct and 5 for getting them all correct. So, G, you have to
scramble up the matchups a bit. Then, at the end the winner will have the most points....and win?

Stole your picks? Keep dreamin Chris. We have four out of eight the same. And I've been watching hockey longer than you've been alive

yeah PIS, that was the plan. I was going to give 2 points each for each correct prediction, and then for the final make it 5 points(or if someone(me)
is way ahead and nobody can catch me) 10 points
