Really, really bad bands

Well everyone on this site has reccomended The Livid to atleast one friend. Now, what about that one friend who reccomended a band to you that was totally crap-o-la?

Tell us the name of the band and how you came about hearing about them. Give us a link to their site, or a link to where we can listen in.

Then bombard that band's forums with forums and posts with topics such as 'This Band Sucks' or 'Listen to The Livid, it's better for your health'.

Thank you.

one last show.

I swear I didn't know ANYTHING about this chick...hadn't heard her songs on the radio or anything..and then, all of a sudden..someone tells me about her, and says "she's so much cooler than Avril because she's 'different' " SO..I go and listen to her stuff, and barf, several times.

She's just as bad, maybe even worse.
No no..nothing compares to Avril Lavigne.

But..that's not a band, so I'll think of something, don't you worryyyy.

Well, here's what got this thread going.

Big D and The Kid's Tables.

www.bigdandthekidstables.com

There a weird mix of Alexisonfire and a horrible ska group with trombones.

Static-X
Bjork
The Vines
Petit Project

And no one has ever recommended this guy to me, but I have decided he is the worst artist in the world, and that is....Ted Nugent!

There are alot more. The above were highly recommended to me by someone at some point in time. They may not be that bad, but when someone recommends something to you and you don't like 'em, it just makes them sound worse.

Hey, Bjork isn't bad.
Not THAT bad at least. You just need to be into that type of music.

Oh, god yes.

I had the unfortunate chance to see Project Wyze open for ozzy. It could have been a much better concert, but they really put me in a bad mood afterwards. All their songs were the same! Seriously.

Oh, and I don't like and never have liked The White Stripes!

I'm sure Bjork is great, but I don't like it at all. There has to be a reason why so many people think she is a god. There was one song by her that I really liked, though. Wish I knew what it was called.

One word:

"Rush".
I know they're Canadian, so you're all probably gonna hate me for bringing them up..but..seriously, how can anyone listen to more than ONE song by them?
I got so frustrated.
Unfortunately, I heard them play live, sharing a stage with TheRollingStones and AC/DC..
Puuuh-leeze.

Who is I.D? Are they a more recent boy band? Because I only know the older ones like B4-4. I still have never heard the band that Justin was in. I've never heard of them until it was mentioned on here.

What the hell..no one in b4-4 died haha.
I think you're talking about 2gether...because this dude died there, of cancer or something
(aah I feel like such a teeny bopper)

Chris, if you come to the May1st show..I'll make you listen to VelvetEmpire...unless you want to just download their tracks..
in which case, download "wha wha what".. and listen to the part where it says on the 2nd verse

" I was chillin' with the fellas, keeping it cool cuz I knew they was jealous..so I freestyled, yeh I was flowin'..saying all the little things I thought would get you goin'.."

THAT is justin.

Someone from b4-4 died? Poor guy. Weren't they triplets? I remember them looking exactly the same. Also, what was the name of their song?

I'm afraid to hear that, Dez. It would be weird.

And I actually watched the show 2gether sometimes. There was one episode where the angry guy quit the band and he plays a song in a bar. That song, is the same riff from puddle of Mudd's "she hates me". So, even though it's probably a coincidence Puddle of Mudd stoke 2gether's riff.

Strange that I would never of heard of them. Must of been in that period in my life when I didn't watch TV.

Other shitty bands...hmmm.

All my friends are in love with the queens of the stone age. Though, they aren't shitty, I really don't like them.
