Sin, I've got Mario Kart now. Once I figure out how to go online I'll let you know. It's soon. I better practice a little so at least I can pose somewhat of a challenge for you.

I'm not great, but I do know how to powerslide and draft. Can't snake very well though, so I don't bother trying.

My friend code is 201923 003957.

i saw this the other day, i actually think that ALL of the acting is getting worse. what the hell was with dumbledore's flip-flopping accent? he couldn't decide what country he was from! i'll concur that it was all a bit rushed, the third is still top dog in my opinion. thankfully, there were a couple of really hot girls in it.

enjoy - that's what 18 of us on my course at uni did last thursday. you can usually spot me because of my dreads, and i'm in the middle for the first bush jump (which, incidentally, hurt a lot due to unforseen thorniness. sean was bleeding).

it's a big download but it's worth checking out - my housemates and friends loved it.

it's pretty great. i particularly like when you start beating eachother up in the middle of the lecture and when you guys sing carols to the taxi driver.

check it out, but be warned that it's like 10 minutes long.

I watched it when you posted it, but I forgot to comment. It's actually 15 minutes. It was another reminder that British are crazy...in a mostly good way, though. The most memorable part definitely was when you all started to chase down cars just so you could sing carols to them. That would freak me out.

And you were definitely easy to pick out of the lot.

I'm glad you're listening to the new Boys Night Out stuff...that album blew me away..everyone should give it a whirl one of these days and see what you think of it.

In other news....
I swear regardless of all the crap that's been happening lately...I've also never been happier.
This job at EMI is like a dream. I've never felt like this...

Hi to everyone.
I've still yet to see the tremendous video...but I'll get around to it..

Events occur in realtime...

Hey SideO_JR,

I don't know if you used the HMV gift thing yet, but I went there yesterday and they're having a crazy TV on DVD sale. You can get any season of 24 for 39.99 except season 4 which is regular price. There's a bunch of other stuff too: Family Guy, MacGyver, In Living Colour, Futurama, I'm not saying they're all worth buying, but if you're looking for a season of something on DVD, now's the time to use that gift card and/or money. I got the Family Guy gift set with volume 1, 2, and the Stewie movie for 89.99 which seemed fair to me. Take a look!

I worked at HMV briefly some years back and at the time I refused to buy anything there, because they were by far the most expensive place to buy music. I knew nothing about DVD's at the time, so I can't really recall if they were bad, too.

However, lately, I've been quite surprised at their offers. They usually have quite the selection of DVD's and normally have at least one good deal going on all the time.

HMV has become A LOT better than it was, now it's Music World that (still) has the ridiculous prices. HMV has improved their selection of sub-genres and such, mostly due to punk music becomming more mainstream in the past few years. Their prices are pretty decent on new releases and they have that neverending 2-for-25 and 2-for-30 deal on music and DVDs...if you keep looking they rotate some really awesome stuff into those deals. In November I bought all the Alien movies because they were on the 2/30 deal (all four were). I compared that to the price of the Alien Quadrilogy and you ended up saving something like 35 bucks.

I also worked at HMV as an Xmas temp for the 2004 holidays. The markup on back catalog stuff is pretty harsh, but new stuff is really competitively priced. The worst price I've ever seen there is the movie Equilibrium (2002) for 44.99! It was that price in 2004, and it's still that price now. I used my staff discount on that one for sure! To their credit though, Equilibrium is fairly hard to find elsewhere, but at least they usually carry one copy of it per store.

when i picked up their cd at the office, the track i loved (which is odd of me to say, since nickelback was always like the anti-christ to me) was 'animals'...
and i swear...since the first time i heard it, i thought of you, jorge...
that song was written with you in mind.
and a girl with super controlling parents.

i think i'm going to their show at the air canada centre, unless it already passed, and nobody said anything..hah.

i've been getting some offers for free concert tickets since i started working for the label...next week i'm gonna go check out Yellowcard.
i'm not sure how that will work out. it's a showcase of their new album. i used to dig that 'ocean avenue' song, but...i don't know.
regardless..it's a free show, and an amazing venue (the mod club) so i'll be there.

i've got an extra ticket if anyone is interested.
and by anyone i mean the one person who lives in ontario apart from me out of all of us.

hello to everyone, btw.
i refuse to reach 5,000 posts..so i've been lacking on the posting. you are all still my babies though. <3
